SCORE is a national non-profit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and to the creation, improvement and success of the nation's small businesses. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Alleghenies SCORE provides business advice and mentoring tailored to help you start up a business or to address problems in your existing business. Our services are free and confidential. We serve the Pennsylvania Counties of Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton and Somerset. Our Chapter has offices in Altoona, Bedford and Johnstown.
SCORE counselors are retired business owners and professionals with time-tested knowledge. They are experienced men and women with skills in general managment, finance, accounting, marketing, operations and employee relations. We assist clients in creating businesss plans and in using them to obtain business funding.
